Do not use this tool unless you know what you're doing. It modifies 
DELPHI32.EXE and/or BCB32.EXE

This tool works with Delphi 3-5, and C++Builder 4.

It will *not* work with C++Builder 3, due to a bug (in BCB3). It's my fault... I caught it 
in time for the Delphi 4 ship, but didn't check it with C++Builder 3 in time...

Oh well...

Anyway, I take no responsibility whatsover for what you do with this app. If you run 
into a problem, you might have to reinstall Delphi or C++Builder. This tool does 
after all modify the EXEs themselves...
